- Completed J-1 Scholar Application
- Unofficial Copy of Bachelor's Transcript or Award of Degree
- Professional Resume/CV
- Statement of Interest
- Letter of Recommendation
- Overview of proposed campus activities
- Official English Language Proficiency requirement:
- IELTS (6.5), TOEFL (100), PTE (68) scores
- Institutional Letter Stating English Language Proficiency
- TOEFL Waiver Interview
